Occupancy and Taxes

The 2 bedroom Golf Villa nightly rate is for up to six persons maximum. The 1 bedroom Golf Villa nightly rate is for up to 2 persons - extra guests are an additional $10 per night each- 4 guest maximum in the 1 bedroom. Included in the above rate is check-out maid service. Daily maid service is available upon request at an additional charge. All rates are based upon a 5 night minimum stay (10 night minimum December 23-Jan 2). Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to surcharge. All rates for departures PRIOR to July 1, 2009 are subject to 12.42% after July 1, 2009 and 13.42% after July 1, 2010. All Tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and may be changed without notice.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

TWO BEDROOM VILLA --$600.00 deposit per each week booked.

ONE BEDROOM VILLA --$500.00 deposit per each week booked.

Reservation deposits are due within 72 hours of contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. The balance of payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. We accept only PERSONAL checks and not Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

In the event reservations are made less than sixty (60) days prior to occupancy date, then full payment will be due upon receipt of reservation form. If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to occupancy date, then all deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited.
